Terms of Service

By using the KORE Performance app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

KORE provides AI-generated athletic training programs, movement assessments, and workout tracking tools. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes related to fitness training.

2. Not Medical Advice

KORE is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Training programs are generated by AI and are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have existing injuries or health conditions.

3. Account & Access

• Access to KORE during beta requires a valid invite code.
• You may optionally upgrade your anonymous account to an email-based account for multi-device access.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or redistribute invite codes beyond their intended recipients
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within KORE (including Coach Drew's persona, training methodologies, and UI elements) are the property of KORE Performance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your personal data and can export or delete it at any time. Session photos and squad receipts are shared only according to your in-app privacy settings.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific fitness results.
• Training programs are AI-generated suggestions, not prescriptions.
• You exercise at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KORE Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
